Partner terms

Eligibility

Accounts are reviewed manually. You must be of legal age, provide accurate information and keep it up to date. DRAVIX may refuse, suspend or close an account at its discretion, notably in case of fraud or non-compliant promotion.

Compliant promotion

You promote an offer only where it is legally allowed and only in the GEOs authorised by that offer.

• Address adults only: never target minors or self-excluded people.
• Show responsible-gambling messages (18+, play responsibly, help resources) next to your promotions.
• Describe bonuses and conditions accurately: no false or misleading claims, no promise of winnings.
• Never present yourself as the operator, and use brand assets only as provided.

Allowed traffic

Unless an offer says otherwise:

• Websites, comparison and content sites (SEO).
• Social networks and Telegram channels or groups, provided the audience is adult and the responsible-gambling rules are respected.
• Streaming and video content.
• Other sources (paid search, native, display, apps…) only when the offer allows them.

Prohibited traffic

Unless the offer explicitly allows it in writing:

• Brand bidding: bidding on the brand's name or its variants in search engines, without the brand's written agreement.
• Spam: unsolicited emails, SMS or private messages.
• Incentivised traffic: paying or rewarding players to register or deposit (cashback, rewards, giveaways tied to a deposit).
• Pop-ups, pop-unders, forced redirects and cookie stuffing.
• Fraud: bots, fake or duplicate accounts, self-play, traffic from your own players' accounts.
• Any GEO restricted by the offer or where online gambling is not allowed.

Quality KPIs

Each offer may set KPIs, shown on its page and on your earnings page:

• Minimum deposit: a first deposit below the offer's minimum does not qualify for the CPA.
• Deposit KPI: over a statement period, your players' deposits on the offer must reach a share of the CPA earned (typically 70 %). Below it, the CPA of the period is paid pro rata. Example: 10 CPA of $100 = $1,000; 70 % = $700 of deposits required; with $400 of deposits, the CPA is paid at 57 %.
• The CPA of an offer with a deposit KPI becomes payable once the KPI of its period is reviewed, shortly after the statement closes.

Commissions

Commissions are calculated on validated conversions according to the deal in force. Conversions may be reviewed, rejected or reversed (fraud, chargebacks, duplicates, non-compliant traffic).

Breaches

Sanctions are graduated, depending on the seriousness of the breach:

• Warning, with a deadline to fix the issue.
• Cancellation of the commissions generated by the non-compliant traffic.
• Suspension of the offer or of the account.
• Proven fraud: immediate closure of the account and cancellation of the unpaid commissions.

Payments

Payouts are requested from the dashboard once the minimum threshold is reached. All amounts are in US dollars, and payouts are sent in USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20) to the wallet you registered; DRAVIX pays the network fees. You are responsible for the accuracy of your wallet address.

Changes

DRAVIX may update these terms; partners are informed of any material change. The contract signed during onboarding prevails over this summary.
